또한, 청동틀로 압출하여 만들어져 요리후에도 파스타의 형태가 유지되고 소스가 잘 혼합되어 최고의 맛과 품질을 선사하고 있습니다.

Founded in 1908, Pastificio Felicetti is a joint-stock company still proudly owned by the founder's family continued for four generations. It’s still the only pasta factory in Europe located more than 1,000 meters above sea level, in Val di Fiemme Dolomites Alps (northern Italy). 

Felicetti produces healthy organic pasta using the highest quality organic durum wheat, water from the Dolomites and fresh mountain air. 

They are also extruded in Bronze Die so that the pasta maintains its shape after cooking and the sauces are well mixed, providing the best taste and quality.
