Mancini Pastificio Agricolo is a pasta brand based in Italy’s Marche region, producing pasta exclusively with durum wheat grown on its own fields. Rooted in a family farming tradition dating back to 1938, the brand was officially founded in 2010 by Massimo Mancini, the third generation of the family. Using only semolina and water, Mancini follows eco-friendly agricultural practices and its own strict quality standards to create healthy, trustworthy pasta with authentic Italian character.
